Please contact our Bookings Team on 01698 543412 or 01698 543436 to check availability of dates. Should your desired date be available, we will take your details and provisionally hold this date for three weeks. Within this three week period, written confirmation is required to confirm the booking.

If you are having a Civil Ceremony or Partnership, you should contact the Registrars and book with them. Once you have paid the Registrar, they will send confirmation of your booking to the venue.

If you are having a Humanist or Religious Ceremony, you must send in written confirmation of your date.

Once written confirmation is received, we will write to you requesting a 50% deposit of the venue hire which is payable within three weeks of the date of the letter and is required to secure the date.

The remaining balance is due within three weeks of the event date.

It is your responsibility to arrange someone to conduct your Ceremony and all fees paid in this respect are separate from the venue hire.

If you do not provide written confirmation of your provisional booking within three weeks, we will assume that the booking is no longer required and we will release the date.
