Fuel Poverty Group
The focus of this group is to develop a consistent and co-ordinated approach across all partners to engage with all partners (public, private and voluntary sectors) to promote all aspects of fuel poverty ensuring that all residents are aware of the services available and any referral and signposting procedures that are in place. This is done by the bringing together of staff from across all partners in South Lanarkshire who work in partnership to promote all aspects of fuel poverty.
This group has been active since 2012 and has members from relevant partners across all sectors. Currently chaired by Money Matters Advice Services, South Lanarkshire Council.
