Pat has joined the Community Planning Partnership Board as a representative of the Clydesdale Community Partnership.  Pat is the Chief Officer for Woolfords, Auchengray and Tarbrax Improvement Foundation (WAT IF), a community development trust based in rural Clydesdale.  Their vision is to provide a beautiful, safe and vibrant place with a resilient, well-connected and resourceful community, offering a great quality of life for all local people.

Pat is a founding member and previous volunteer trustee, initially involved in setting up the trust and negotiating windfarm community benefit income directly to the local community.  She is a qualified chartered surveyor and has developed her own successful business over the last 25 years providing local employment.
