Area Commander Jim Quinn is the Local Senior Officer (LSO) for Lanarkshire.

Previously, Jim was the LSO for Falkirk and West Lothian and has 27 years’ service with the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS).

He was the Lead for SFRS COP 26 (Conference of the Parties) Event Planning Team and COVID Response Team to ensure effective service delivery and operational readiness and preparedness.  He is committed to community and firefighter safety, through effective partnership working.
