Have your say on repairs policy
Published: Wednesday 30 October 2024

We want to know your views on the Housing Repairs Policy.
The policy sets out our approach to carrying out repairs on council homes and related assets and provides the basis on which the housing repairs service is delivered.
Over the last few months, we have been working with tenant representatives to review the policy.
The revised draft Housing Repairs Policy is now out for consultation and has been published on the council website along with an on-line questionnaire.
We are keen to get tenants views on this important policy and would appreciate if you could tell us what you think by completing the on-line questionnaire.
The consultation will remain open until the 13 December 2024. All comments received during the consultation will be considered in the development of the finalised policy which will be approved by the Council in early 2025. The revised policy will be introduced from April 2025.
If you have any questions on the policy, please email the team.
