Do you want to win some shopping vouchers, get active and help keep South Lanarkshire’s air clean?
Then there’s never been a better time to sign up and take part in the Think, Move, Breathe challenge.
It allows everyone who live in South Lanarkshire to earn BetterPoints for walking, wheeling, cycling or using public transport.
And from now until 28 November, every walk, wheel, run or cycle over half a mile, and every public transport journey over a mile will earn a BetterTicket into the weekly High Street Hero draw.
Chair of the council’s Community and Enterprise Resources Committee, Councillor Robert Brown, said: “This is another great incentive to take part in the Think, Move Breathe challenge.
“As well as getting some exercise and helping improve air quality, there is the change to win some shopping vouchers, which can also help boost the local economy.
“I would encourage as many people as possible to sign up for the challenge.”
Each week one £20 and three £10 Love2Shop Gift Cards is up for grabs that can be spent at all of these retailers.
Bonuses will be doubled for the month for travelling sustainably into the town centre in Blantyre, Cambuslang, Carluke, East Kilbride, Hamilton, Lanark, Larkhall, Rutherglen and Strathaven.
More details can be found on the BetterPoints website about the High Street Heroes challenge for November.
If you haven’t signed up to the Think, Move, Breathe campaign, take the baseline survey and start earning rewards by visiting the website.
