At the event at Livingstone Boulevard, Blantyre, G72 0BP, the team will be recruiting a wide range of staff including workshop operatives, workshop semi-skilled technicians, light vehicle technicians, heavy vehicle technicians, tyre fitters, advanced technicians and bus drivers.
Salaries range from £24,616 to £38,583 for a 37-hour week depending on the role, experience and qualifications.

Head of Roads, Transportation and Fleet Services, Colin Park, said: “This is a great opportunity to become part of a vital team within the council.
“Full support and training will be provided, allowing for career advancement and developing of skills.
“Staff will be available on the day to answer any questions and detail the benefits of working for South Lanarkshire Council.”
Fleet services are responsible for the maintenance of more than 1,800 vehicles and mobile plant items ranging from small electric vehicles, vans, refuse collection vehicles and heavy tippers.
The maintenance is carried out at the Blantyre depot and a smaller workshop in Lanark.
Fleet services are also responsible for operating 65 passenger carrying vehicles, transporting children to schools and adults to day care facilities.
