Published: Tuesday 6 September 2022

Businesses across Lanarkshire have been celebrating their success at the annual Excellence Awards.
Following months of anticipation, the winners of the 2022 Lanarkshire Business Excellence Awards, which showcase the region’s best performing businesses, were unveiled at the event’s glittering awards dinner.
Over 470 guests attended the most prestigious night in the local business calendar (Friday 2 September) which was hosted by Grant Stott and featured entertainment by Soundsational.
The event, hosted by South and North Lanarkshire Councils, and sponsored by Albert Bartlett, also raised over £5,100 for St Andrew’s Hospice in Airdrie.
South Lanarkshire Council Leader, Councillor Joe Fagan, added: “We have so many diverse businesses across the area, and I am delighted for the winners. All of the finalists should be proud as well, it was no easy task to choose the winners as every category was so competitive.
“The awards are always a great occasion and congratulations to everyone who was part of such a successful evening.”
Councillor Jim Logue, Leader of North Lanarkshire Council, said: “Lanarkshire businesses are vital to our local economy and these awards shine a light on their hard work and achievements. It has been an honour to be part of these celebrations tonight at the awards dinner.
