Feedback, contacts and how to get in touch

We produce Housing News twice a year to keep you informed about housing services.
To help us to continue to improve Housing News we would like to hear your views on our Summer 2022 edition.
Tell us what you think by emailing us.
Delivering services to meet your needs
As a landlord it is important that in developing policies and strategies and in delivering services we take account of the needs and circumstances of our customers. We also need to make sure that our services are inclusive and that we consider how we can reduce inequality for those who are disadvantaged.
To do this effectively we need to know more about our tenants and other customers. So, in the coming months we will be taking steps to collect what is known as ‘equalities’ information from you and other customers.
The information you choose to give us is entirely at your own discretion. All information provided will be managed in line with data protection laws and be used for the purpose of delivering fairer and more equal services.
