Help capture lived experience of residents
Published: Thursday 21 April 2022
Local community organisations which help tackle deprivation, poverty and inequality may be eligible for new funding.
The Lived Experience Fund is to support organisations to capture the lived experience of South Lanarkshire residents, to help inform community planning partnership service delivery and policy development.
Up to £500 per application is available, and all applications will be assessed using standard criteria and will be approved by the South Lanarkshire Community Planning Partnership Board.
The closing date for applications is Friday 27 May and you can apply online.
Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Resources, Paul Manning, said: “We want to hear from Local Community Organisations which are based in the South Lanarkshire area who believe they may benefit from this fund.
“The groups should be able to contribute to improving service design and delivery in relation to the South Lanarkshire Community Plan's overarching objective of Tackling Deprivation, Poverty and Inequality.”
