Lanark will welcome one of its own when Horse McDonald plays the Memorial Hall this month.
Horse grew up in the town and will conjure up musical memories as she presents a celebration of her classic album, The Same Sky.
The album has marked its 30th anniversary and Horse and her band will play it in full at the show on Friday 18 March.
Horse was a fresh sound when she came onto the music scene in 1989 with her first single, You Could be Forgiven, and she has continued to write and record ever since. With nine albums released so far, the night in Lanark is sure to be filled with classic songs familiar to many.
The show will start at 8pm and tickets, costing £20, can be ordered from the box office online or by calling 01555 673199.
