Six local groups will benefit from the latest grants approved by the Hamilton Area Committee.
A total of £3250 in funding was agreed when the committee met on Wednesday 17 November.
The money will support a diverse range of local organisations and be put to good use in a variety of ways.
Members of the committee agreed the following grant awards:

Including this latest package of grants the Hamilton Area Committee has awarded a total of £6700 to local groups and organisations this year. The committee has £31,322.05 remaining in its local grants budget for this financial year.
Chair of the Hamilton Local Area Committee Councillor Mary Donnelly said: “We know many local groups and organisations are working hard to get back on their feet following the disruption of the pandemic. While numerous new ones are starting out and supporting their community.
“Local community grants awarded through area committees can offer financial support to grassroots community bodies and the application process has been made as simple and streamlined as possible. Details are on the council website."
