When We Were Young takes the audience back to 1990s Glasgow where gang culture was at its worst. It takes them on a nostalgic and emotional rollercoaster, following the lives of one of the many young teams who polluted the street corners of the city.

This production is both a hilarious and eye-opening look back to 1990s Glasgow and a heart-breaking story of stolen youth.

San Francisco Private Detective Sam Spade and his partner Miles Archer are hired by the beautiful Miss Wonderly to find her sister who, it’s believed, is traveling with Floyd Thursby. Archer agrees to follow Thursby but is murdered in the process. Shortly afterward, Thursby is also murdered and Spade becomes the prime suspect in both crimes. Spade attempts to uncover the truth about his partner’s murder while navigating the web of lies, deceit, and double-crossing that surrounds a wayward bunch of unscrupulous characters who are all seeking the jewel-encrusted statuette of a falcon.
