Full of Beans

We are excited to announce the promotion of our next block of Full of Beans, week beginning 28 April.

Full of Beans is a fun, free lifestyle class for children aged 2 - 5 years and their families. Our programme, which runs over 10 weeks, is inviting all families from across Lanarkshire to come along and learn some handy hints and tips on how to help with fussy eating, healthy snacking and managing screen time while enjoying some fun physical activity.

The next block runs 28 April - 20 June 2025 at the following centres:

Carluke Leisure Centre - Wednesdays 10:30am - 11:30am

Springhall Community Centre - Wednesdays 11:15am - 12:15pm

East Kilbride Central Library - Thursdays 10:45am - 11:45am

Fairhill Lifestyles - Fridays 10:00am - 11:00am
