Full of Beans

Full of Beans is a fun, free lifestyl class for children aged 2 - 5 years and their families. Our programme, which runs over 10 weeks, is inviting all families from across Lanarkshire to come along and learn some handy hints and tips on how to help with fussy eating, healthy snacking and managing screen time while enjoying some fun physical activity.

The next block runs 19 August - 25 October 2024 at the following centres:

John Wright Sports Centre - Tuesdays 10:15am - 11:15am

Carluke Leisure Centre - Wednesdays 10:30am - 11:30am

Springhall Community Centre - Wednesdays 11:15am - 12:15pm

Fairhill Lifestyles - Fridays 10:00am - 11:00am
