- The route through the shop is 800mm wide, or more.

Shop interior
Mezzanine Café
- A stairway links the second floor to the Mezzanine Café. A lift also accesses the Café via rear of reception and Gift Shop.
- The route through the dining area is 800mm wide, or more.
- There is low-level background music.
- Orders are taken at the counter and can be brought to your table.
- The type of catering served is hot and cold meals and snacks.
- We cater for sugar free (diabetic), vegetarian and gluten free (celiac) specific diets. With advanced notice, all dietary requirements can be catered for.
- We can also provide soya milk for coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
- The nearest accessible toilet is located on the first floor in Portland House.
- The height of the counter is 850mm.
- The height of the tables is 740mm.
- The chairs and tables are not permanently fixed and can be moved.
- There is room for wheelchairs to manoeuvre.
- The menu is on the wall behind the counter, and on signs at the bottom of the stairs at both entrances. The specials are on sandwich boards by the entrances to the café.
