Toilets and baby changing facilities
There are two places with public toilets for male, female, and unisex accessible toilets. These are in Portland House and the Riding School building. You do not need an access key to use these toilets.
Portland House toilets
- An accessible public toilet is to the left of the walkway as you go from the Buildings Display to the Hamilton Palace and Settlement Gallery.
- From the main entrance to the public toilet, there is level access. The toilet door is 920mm wide.
- The toilet seat is 420mm high.
- There are grab rails located to the left of the toilet.
- This toilet has baby changing facilities.
- The baby change table is 830mm high.

Riding School toilets
- Accessible Public Toilets are on the left and on right of the area which links Eclectech Gallery to Riding School.
- From the main entrance to the public toilet, there is level access. The toilet door is 800mm wide.
- There is 1300mm in front of the toilet. The toilet seat is 440mm high.
- There are horizontal grab rails located to the left of the toilet.
