If we cannot understand what information you want we shall contact you as soon as possible to clarify your request.
On receiving your request and all of the additional information that we need, we will process your request as quickly as possible but will respond to you no later than 30 days.
In all other cases we will provide you with the personal information whenever possible. Please note however, we may not provide some information. Should that be the case, we will provide what information we can and give reasons, as far as possible, why we cannot provide any more.
