The June Stewart Centre was built in the early 1980's and is situated on the Main Street in High Blantyre.
The hall was originally provided for the senior citizens in the area and is managed by a local senior citizens committee.
The hall comprises a main hall, two meeting rooms, kitchen and toilet.
The main hall is 128sqm and can accommodate up to 100 people in concert style seating or 90 people for catered functions.
The two meeting rooms can accommodate up to 20 people. This hall is not generally used by groups other than Senior Citizens, but can occasionally be booked for suitable activities.
There is a large public car park beside the hall.
Car parking (tarmac) is in front of the Hall. Entrance is ramped. Unisex toilet for disabled people, all areas on level, fire exit ramped. Assistance dogs are welcome.
