Vibration training
What is Vibration Training?
Vibration training involves using a vibrating platform whilst performing exercises, stretches or static poses to stimulate muscular contraction. With the low frequency vibrations going through the body the effect of the exercises is accelerated.

Acceleration Training programme
Our qualified Fitness Instructors will be happy to show you how to use the Power Plate and Vibrogym for best results. Furthermore, all of our Power Plates have wall charts nearby with diagrams explaining techniques that can be used.
Unlike many other facilities South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture do not charge extra for the use of the Vibration Training equipment. As part of your gym session or monthly membership you can use the equipment as often or as little as you like, similar to all other gym equipment.
