About Me
Hi, my name is Carla. I work in Fairhill Lifestyles as a Senior Recreation Assistant, based in the gym.
I have always enjoyed fitness, health and exercise so working in a gym and doing personal training is a job I love.
I have over 20 years' experience, starting my first gym job as a fitness instructor in 2004, and have worked in gyms, doing personal training and coaching various classes ever since.
I work with clients who have a wide range of fitness capabilities and health conditions and feel passionate about helping them achieve their goals.
I enjoy coaching and taking part in fitness classes.
I am upbeat, confident and motivated to work with anyone looking for personal training, whatever their needs may be.
