Hi, I'm Mark and I’m the Health and Fitness Assistant, Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer at John Wright Sports Centre.
From day one of my fitness journey, my heart has always been in the weights room, strength and conditioning is my passion. I’ve learned it’s not just about lifting; it’s about the journey, the progress, and the constant pursuit of being better than yesterday. Weightlifting isn’t just a hobby; it’s a way of life for myself.
As a dedicated and passionate Personal Trainer with over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, I specialise in helping clients to transform their bodies and way of life through tailored workout programmes and nutritional guidance.
I believe that fitness is not just about the body but also about building confidence. I work closely with each client to create a personalised plan to align with their goals, whether its weight loss, learning to use free weights or to gain strength.
