Scottish Valuation Appeals Committees Forum (SVAC Forum), which is an umbrella body representing all Scotland’s Valuation Appeal Panels, has set up a website which makes available the decisions of Committees across Scotland in rating cases arising from the 2017 Revaluation.

Committee decisions of Lanarkshire Valuation Appeal Panel (LVAP) relating to 2017 Revaluation appeals will be available from the SVAC Forum website. 

Previous Committee decisions of LVAP are available on this page, in date order.

Please note that a committee is not bound to follow a decision of an earlier committee whether within its own Panel or elsewhere, but all Panels must follow decisions of the Lands Valuation Appeal Court which sits periodically to determine appeals from Panels throughout Scotland.
