Development Plans

Each year the council is required to prepare a Development Plan Scheme to set out our programme for preparing and reviewing Local development plans. This helps keep communities and interested parties updated on progress and outlines when the council expects to reach the different stages in the process. The Development Plan Scheme 2024 was approved in June 2024.
