HR Helpdesk
Employees can submit an enquiry through the HR Helpdesk. This will be one of the main ways to contact Personnel Services if you have queries regarding your employment, terms and conditions or have a general question for Personnel Services. The helpdesk will replace the personnel email accounts that are currently in place.
The helpdesk will also be used by employees to submit certain paperwork to Personnel Services for processing such as retirement paperwork. Line managers will also submit detail change forms via the HR Helpdesk.
To do this, employees can create a service request (SR) which is allocated to a member of the helpdesk team for investigation or processing. You can find this function by clicking on “Helpdesk” tab on the bar at the top of the Oracle Fusion home screen.
Use the “Create HR Help Desk Request” button at the left of the screen. You should add details of your service request, select the appropriate category for your query from the drop-down menu and then submit it.
Your request will be allocated to a helpdesk agent, and they may contact you to ask you to provide some additional information. You will also be notified when your service request has been dealt with.
See the HR Helpdesk guidance.
