Notice of times for inspecting returns as to election expenses

As Returning Officer for the above election, I hereby give notice that the election expenses returns, declarations and all accompanying documents of candidates at the above election may be inspected between the hours of 8.45am and 4.45pm Mondays to Thursdays and 8.45am and 4.15pm on Fridays except public holidays, at the Election Office, 21 Beckford Street, Hamilton ML3 0BT (Phone 01698 455745) for a period of two years after receipt by me. The fee payable for a copy of any such return, declaration or document is 20p for each side of each page.

I also give notice, as required by section 88 of the Representation of the People Act 1983, that as of today's date being the date this notice is published I have not received the return or declaration in respect of Jim Eadie and Andrew Vicent Daly.

I also give notice, that at close of business on 9 August 2024, I had not received the election expenses return and declarations in respect of Bill Bonnar.

On 12 August 2024 the election expenses return and declarations were received from Bill Bonnar.

On 19 August 2024 the election expenses return and declarations were received from Jim Eadie.
