Family support hubs

Our Family support hubs are social work teams that provide whole family support for families in need across South Lanarkshire.

We have a team of social workers and support workers who work alongside a range of agencies to support families.
The support is available to families from the pre-birth stage until young people are 18 years old.
The support can include helping individual family members or the whole family, support during and after pregnancy, family group decision making, peer support, parent support groups, therapeutic interventions, outdoor activities and providing advice about other services.

We accept requests for assistance from families themselves and other agencies.

Other agencies can submit a request assistance form by email to the local social work office.
