Objecting to a liquor licence application
Anyone can object to an application for a premises licence or a provisional premises licence by writing to the Licensing Board within 21 days of the publish date.
Your objections should be based on any of the following:
- preventing crime and disorder
- securing public safety
- preventing public nuisance
- protecting and improving public health
- protecting children from harm
Anyone can:
- support the application
- request that modifications are made to the operation plan
- request that conditions are imposed if the application is granted
