Ceremony booking fees

Booking fees do not include statutory fees which are separate. Statutory fees are set by the Scottish Government and may be subject to any statutory price increase – statutory fees are currently £155.

If your ceremony is being held in a bespoke venue for example a private dwelling/ guest house, a preliminary visit by a Registrar will be required. The fee for the preliminary visit is £69.93.

Any changes made to a ceremony booking after the deposit is paid will incur a £43.23 administration charge.

Cancellation policy

The booking fee is non refundable with the exception of cancellations within 28 days of booking where a £43.23 administration fee will be retained.
