Public processions, marches and demonstrations

If you are organising a public procession, you need to let us know at least 28 days in advance.

You can do this by completing an online application.

If you prefer you can also download a Notice of proposal to hold a public procession form and send it to Administration and Legal Services, Floor 11, Council Offices, Almada Street, Hamilton, ML3 0AA.

If you want to object or comment on a proposed procession or its route, fill out the Public Processions Objections form.
