Safety at sports grounds

If you think the requirements of the safety certificate are unreasonable, you have a right to appeal to the Sheriff Court within 28 days of receipt of the General Safety Certificate - seven days in the case of a Special Safety Certificate.

The Council can amend, transfer, replace or cancel a safety certificate, either on application in writing, or without application if it considers it right to do so.
