Houses in multiple occupation
Can anyone object?
Anyone can object and must make their objections in writing, including their name and address and signature. For an objection to be valid it must be for specific reasons.
We won't automatically refuse an application just because there is an objection to it. The objection will be copied to the applicant, who will have an opportunity to respond. We will take into account all the information we have about the HMO and the landlord before making our decision.
