How the application is dealt with
You must display a site notice on or near the property where it can be easily read for 21 days from the date of application.
Copies of your application will be sent to Strathclyde Police, Strathclyde Fire Brigade and to Environmental Health, Building Control and Housing.
The inspection team, officers from Environmental Health, Building Control and Strathclyde Fire Brigade will inspect the property and you will receive the inspection report.
You may need to modify to the premises to bring it up to standard before you get the licence.
It is in the public interest that we process your application before it can be granted so tacit consent will be given. If you haven't heard from us within 28 days contact Environmental Services and we'll let you know about your application's progress.
