What are legal expenses
Legal expenses are payments made by the Sheriff Court at the end of a court action. The court decides how much may be awarded in favour of the council and will issue us with a court order.
How will I know that I owe legal expenses?
We will write to you to tell you that an order for legal expenses has been issued. The letter will tell you the:
