Air Quality Strategy
We are committed to promoting the continued growth and regeneration of South Lanarkshire in a sustainable manner while seeking to improve and safeguard the environment.
Our new air quality strategy is being developed and will guide other strategies and policies across our services. The strategy is for council employees, local businesses, organisations, and the general public, encouraging everyone to play their part in improving air quality in our area.
The proposed strategy has been screened for potential environmental impacts in line with Section 9 of the Environmental Assessment (Scotland) Act 2005. Read the screening determination report.
