Finance and Corporate Resources

Finance and Corporate Resources plays a central role in the council. It provides all committees with administration and provides services for councillors. In addition, it provides personnel, legal services including registration births, deaths and marriages and licensing, and communications services for all council departments. It also oversees the councils budget through its Finance Services team, provides IT services for the council and plays a central role in ensuring money is well spent and driving improvements.
