The request has been made by 3rd Blantyre Community Group for High Blantyre Community Hall, 22 Cemetery Road, Blantyre, G72 0HA.

The request is to lease the property for 30 years.

The proposed use of the land is for the operation of a community centre and Scout Hall.

Anyone may make representations about this request to South Lanarkshire Council. Representations must be in writing and include the name and address of the person making it. A copy of the representation will be given to the organisation making the request.

Representations must be made by 5pm on Monday 25 November 2024. They should be made via the planning system, or sent to Iain Mulholland, Community Engagement Team, Finance and Corporate Resources, Council HQ, Almada St, Hamilton, ML3 0AA or by email to CommunityAssets@southlanarkshire.gov.uk.
