Seniors Together
Active days
Active Days are friendly sessions where people aged 50 and over can stay active, meet others and feel part of their community. You can take part in a range of sports and activities across South Lanarkshire, improve your health and build new friendships. Sessions run Monday to Friday at local leisure centres. You can drop in, but we recommend booking in advance as spaces often fill up.
What you can do
At an Active Days session, you can:
- take part in light sports and physical activities
- improve your fitness at your own pace
- meet new people and stay socially connected
- support and encourage others in a relaxed setting
Our aim is to help you stay active and reduce feelings of loneliness.
