Where will the path be diverted?

The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public right of way shown shaded yellow and by a broken black line and lying between the points marked ‘A’ and ‘B’ on the Map to the line shown by a dashed brown line between the points marked ‘A’ and ‘C’ on the Map.

The Order will come into operation from 23 December 2021, but any person aggrieved by the Order or desiring to question the validity of it, or of any provision contained within it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or of regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation thereto, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Notice is first published (8 December 2021), make an application for the purpose to the Court of Session.
