If you’re worried about someone’s safety or wellbeing, or you need support yourself, you can contact us by phone, email, online form or by visiting one of our local offices in Cambuslang, East Kilbride, Hamilton or Lanark. Our staff will speak with you, understand what you need and help you get the right support. If we cannot resolve things straight away, we will look into your concerns in more detail.
When to contact us
Get in touch if you’re concerned about:
- an adult who may be at risk
- a child who may be unsafe
- someone struggling to look after themselves because of illness, disability or mental health or may need care at home
- a carer who needs support to keep caring
- someone who may need help with addiction or substance use
- yourself, if you need advice, support or information
- fostering or adoption
