Oracle Fusion employee self service
Oracle Fusion employee self service (ESS) allows you submit day to day requests to your manager for approval. Within ESS you can:
- submit annual leave and special leave and flexible working requests
- view your absence history and entitlement to occupational and statutory sick pay
- submit maternity/adoption/paternity and career break requests
- submit expenses and overtime, keeping in touch days and standby/call out claims
- submit your resignation
- view letters, contracts and documents relating to your post
- view your training records and enrol on training courses
- apply for internal vacancies within the organisation
- raise service requests via the HR help desk
- access Oracle intelligence advisor (OIA) to understand the likely pay impact of changing your working hours, requesting enhanced leave or taking maternity/adoption leave
