| Our Wish | Roberton Yoga Group is an an affiliated member of Roberton Social Group. The yoga class was set up in August 2023, and has been consistently well attended since its inception. We have been financially supported by Roberton Social Group to allow us to become established, but this funding cannot continue indefinitely and we now need to become self sufficient. We have fundraising ideas and plans which include offering wellness days and activities, and a host of other events, mainly linked to health and wellbeing in the local community, In the meantime, we require some additional funding to allow us to continue to provide this much needed wellness class in our village. In order to ensure the class remains affordable, and therefore accessible to everyone,, we are looking for some financial help with the cost of hall hire. We offer four-week blocks and the cost of hall hire is £156.60 per block. We are hoping to secure funding to allow us to offer the class for a year, which would allow us time to look at other sources of finance and set up some fundraising activities. The total cost would be £1843.20. |
