| About us | We are a short-term care initiative that aims to help families who are facing financial difficulty and who do not have enough to buy all the food they require as a family. Food packages are given out freely to families without question or judgement. We have over 10 local partner churches and are open 6 days a week in 5 different communities in East Kilbride. All of our drop ins operate community cafes to provide community, free refreshments and a place where people are welcomed, supported and listened to. We also work closely with other organisations and signpost our clients where appropriate. |
| Our Wish | We are currently struggling to meet demand in the current climate. With demand for our service increasing, rising costs and a reduction in food donations we struggle to provide all that is need week to week for our clients. Our Low stock items that we do require are as follows, UHT Milk, Cereal, Tinned Soup, Tinned Tuna, Tinned Meat, Tinned Fruit, Tinned Rice Pudding, Tinned Custard, Noodles, Pasta Snacks, Diluting Juice, Toilet Roll, hygiene and cleaning products |
