| Consultation summary and background | South Lanarkshire Council are currently undertaking a review of the document which sets out the councils commitment to the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 to tackle issues relating to quality and condition of housing in the private sector. South Lanarkshire Councils 'Scheme of Assistance' describes the circumstances in which they will help owner-occupiers and private tenants carry out work on their homes and how they will provide that help. |
