| Consultation summary and background | The council’s Housing Repair Policy has been developed in accordance with the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 and sets out our approach to dealing with repairs to council housing stock and related assets. We have carried out a review of the Housing Repair Policy to ensure that it remains fit for purpose and reflects the business needs of the service. |
| Why are we consulting? | : As a tenant, your views are important to us. Please take a few minutes to complete our questionnaire. The views expressed during the consultation will be included in a report to the Housing and Technical Resources Committee in March 2025 where approval for the revised repair policy will be sought. Questions set out within the consultative draft policy document are provided below, whilst views are invited on any aspect of the draft policy document, they are particularly welcome in relation to the following questions. |
