Idea	Check that tenants are maintaining their gardens. The area of Springwell is becoming obscene with rubbish and gardens full of items.
Response	Housing Officers carry out a minimum of four formal inspections in the Springwell area each year. During these inspections, Housing Officers will note any issues with condition of gardens, or condition of bin areas, and take the appropriate action to resolve. The most recent inspections were carried out in this area across the month of July 2024. In addition to this, Housing Officers are regularly out in their areas carrying out other duties, and if they notice any other estate issues they will also deal with this directly. The comments provided have been passed to the local Housing Officer who has now visited the area, noted any issues arising and will take the necessary action to resolve. Any issues relating to the condition of gardens within our areas can be reported to the local Housing Team on 0303 123 1012.
