Idea	I think the council should create an app for council tax and more so rent.
Response	Currently within Housing and Technical Resources the council is implementing a new Housing and Property Management System. As part of this a new Customer Portal is being introduced, which will create easier service access and engagement for tenants. Implementation of the portal will specifically consider how we can make it as easy as possible for customers to pay their rent, and will include consideration of introducing an App.
