| About us | "Esteem Clydesdale is a small mental health charity in Lanark that offer help and support to anyone in the Clydesdale area struggling with their mental health we also aim to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and the incidence of suicide. This charity is 100% peer lead, we offer a drop in service, peer to peer talking therapies, we have two qualified counsellors who offer their services on a Tuesday and Friday, we have a men only group on a Wednesday evening, which one of our counsellors attends, complementary therapies are available to anyone who would like a massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) and we have a garden out the back where we grow produce as part of our gardening group. There are two dedicated help numbers for people who are in crisis out of hours. " |
| Our Wish | We would like funding to help upgrade the upper floor of our premises. Paint for decoration, help to create more storage space and make this a more useable space. |
