Factoring bills
| Idea | Staying in a flat where the council are the factors, it infuriates me that I have to wait months for the factor bill to come through that charges me for work I have no idea about as I work all day. Is it not possible to inform us beforehand that work is to be carried out to the building and inform us what the rechargeable repair is rather than a vague outline of the job? |

| Response | The council’s Factoring Team endeavours to issue Common Repair Notification Letters as frequently as possible and these are often in relation to major common repair and maintenance works. A new IT system is currently being designed and this will allow more consistency of information in advance of repairs and greater detail in the invoices. |
