Idea	A better crossing needs to be installed at Redwood/Greenhills Road roundabout in East Kilbride.
Response	A series of controlled crossings on roads including Redwood Drive, Greenhills Road and Eaglesham Road have previously been conditioned as part of consented planning applications for the area of land to the east of Redwood Drive. At this time, we are unable to advise of dates in terms of when prospective development proposals for this land will be taken forward or when the associated new controlled crossings will be introduced, as this will be dependent on when development begins to mobilise. However, it is anticipated that these will be taken forward in due course and further information will likely be available shortly.
