| Idea | I have noticed in my area that kids like to harass neighbours and other kids as well as destroy people’s properties, like throwing stones at people’s windows. Kids are clearly bored and have nothing to do but vandalise and destroy. Something needs to be done to keep the kids busy as well as teenagers. |
